Transylvania Colonel Foundation

The Transylvania Colonel Foundation (aka Transylvania Foundation) is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) foundation account of Ecology Crossroads Cooperative Foundation, Inc. used to improve the services we can offer in Madison County, Kentucky, former capital of Transylvania. The headquarters Indian Fort Outpost is located in front of the Indian Fort Theater, which through creative giving and adequate support will be recovered by 2022.

Support the Foundation

There are a number of ways to support the foundation, every nomination made by members supports the foundation, members support the foundation through annual and discretionary giving, you can join for life at an increased scale to become a patron, or if you you join before 2025 you can join as one of our founding members that will keep the ideal of Transylvania alive for the next 250 years.

  • Founding Member — Founders donate $5,000 or more to contribute to the foundation and may become commissioners.

  • Patron Member — Patron members donate $2,500 to contribute to the foundation. There are no dues or special duties.

  • Sponsoring Member — Sponsoring members must donate between $300 - $1,000 per year and pay $180 per year in dues.

  • Supporting Member — Supporting members are expected to donate between $100 - $250 per year to the foundation and pay $180 per year in dues.

  • Annual Member — Annual members are generally expected to donate $50 or more and pay $180 per year in dues.

All donations are not necessarily for members or membership, you can support our efforts in other ways as well and through special programs.
